Moonvalley Sunset Announcement

Moonvalley will be turning off access to its models on our Discord server Sept 9th 2024, 9am ET

After careful consideration, we’ve decided to discontinue the paid subscription plan on this server and formally sunset access to our current Moonvalley models.

Why? Running the AI video tool has been an incredible ride, but we’ve hit a point where we’re not able to dedicate the right level of resources internally to keep it running smoothly while also working on launching our new cutting-edge models for early next year.

Starting September 9th, at 9am EST, generating videos on our models here will no longer be possible.

If you’re already on a paid plan, we’ll be cancelling your subscription and refunding your most recent charge.

This Discord server it self will continue to remain active and you will not lose access or access to any of your previous generated videos that are in the Discord channels.

1. Why is the paid subscription plan being canceled?

We’ve decided to discontinue the paid subscription plan to focus our resources on developing new models. We were not happy with the inability to provide adequate support to keeping our current models running smoothly and felt it was better to sunset it for now. While access to this particular AI video model is ending, our commitment to releasing better cutting-edge versions soon remains.

2. When will the paid subscription plan end?

The paid subscription plan along with access to the Moonvalley AI model via our Discord bot ends Sept 9th, 9am EST. After this date, you will no longer be able to generate AI videos through the Discord bot.

3. What happens to my current subscription?

Your subscription will be automatically canceled on September 9th and your most recent charge fully refunded. You will not be charged for any future billing cycles after this date.

4. Can I get a refund for my current subscription?

All active subscriptions along with any that have been set to cancel, will be cancelled along with the most recent charge refunded back to your original payment method.

5. Will the Discord server remain active?

Yes, the Discord server will remain active, and we encourage you to continue engaging with the community. Although the AI video generation service is ending, we plan to keep this space open for discussions and updates… and very soon the re introduction of our more powerful video models.

6. What’s next for Moonvalley?

We’re focusing on developing new models that are significantly more powerful. While this specific model and access to it is discontinued. Stay tuned for future announcements.
